"Customer Service Is Terrible. I Have"
Blue Star Inc, Review Specifics:
Customer service is terrible. I have had issues with them over the past 2 years.This customer service was originally caused by the fact that they do not offer any other services so customer support is just a red herring.The problem with company bluestarpro.com is that they are a managed service provider and they offer cybersecurity services outsourced IT services and cloud infrastructure. In order to get help on a specific issue customer support may be helpful.

Ive had the pleasure of working with this company once and they have not been what I expected. The man in charge of all their services is rude and unprofessional. his orders are always delivered on time but he never seems to be able to or want to do anything himself. All his work isomoed off someone else and then after hour or so is done again without any proper notice. Very customer service CTO should learn from this situation.
