"I Have Had A Problem With This Company"

I have had a problem with this company for quite some time now. The first time I had an issue was when they sent me a bill for 270taxes that I didnt even receive. Then about a month ago I received an email from them saying my account had been suspended because of a security breach. They continued to send me bills and never replied to my emails. Finally after going through all the trouble of writing to them and getting no response I gave up and cancelled my account.

I am very unhappy with bluetie.com. They are in the business of Email Hosting Cloud Based Services and they do not seem to be up to par in terms of customer service or technical capabilities. I have had several experiences where my email was not received as expected or even after a long wait. In addition their prices are quite high for what you get. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They areixed up delivery services fails to deliver on promisesand most importantly their slow response time to customer support.Bluetie.com needs to start somewhere else and sadly they are not at the beginning of the tree anymore.
