DataI have never had such terrible customer service in my life. They would not let me get a hold of anyone to help me with anything and then when I did they were very unhelpful. I was extremely disappointed with this company and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Inc.I was this companys customer support a year ago and it was the worst experience ever. Im not sure what they were trying to do with their customer service but it was not working well. The phone is now out of warranty and I would recommend against being a customer anymore.

Inc.Ive had a great experience working with this company so far. However Im not so sure about the product. The blueworldinc.com website is very basic and easy to navigate. If were working with a company that We dont know about well start with them first and work our way up. Its not Provenenza or Apple - its just a couple of websites and some drill bits.Im not sure if this is aumbing user review or not but I didnt like how I had to provide personal information such as my phone number and email address in order to sign up for free trials. This was especially frustrating because there were other people with same phone number and they couldnt get signed up also.
