"I Just Got My First Order From BMHT. I"

I just got my first order from BMHT. I was so excited to get it because I needed a new TV stand and I couldnt find it anywhere. It was out of stock on the website so I decided to give them a call. The customer service representative was so nice and told me that I could order it while I connected with her. She must have liked the product because she told me that she would send me a picture of the stand before she called back. So after buying another TV stand last year I was very disappointed when they sent us back their old one in the same condition as the new one. We had all different colors and styles of TV stands installed in our house and every single one of them fiascoed our expectations. Thehorrible customer service made us go back to BMHT.

"I Just Left BMHT. I Have Been With Them For"

I just left BMHT. I have been with them for 2 years and have had great experience both during the day and at night. However I cant help but to think that they are overpriced. Just lately their prices have been getting better but I dont know if its because of how good of a company they are or what. Overall I would not recommend going through them - though my previous provider did both well undersell by 10 alone.This company isarchyously Overpriced Their customer service is terrible and always has been. They make you sign a contract which state they will do what they say without having to give any information about what might happen else where. If something does go wrong with your purchase which It usually does you get charged extra even though You got an idea of how much it would cost already And finally this company has absolute garbage as customers
