Do not use this BMS LLC. They are terrible at customer service and will not help you with anything. I actually had to contact my bank to get my money back because they would not cover the charges that were made by their bms LLC. Save your time and money and avoid this company if you can

1 I have never had such terrible customer service. I called them multiple times and they always said they were sorry but there was no way my product could be done. I ended up having to return the product and get a different one. Do not go to this company if you want your money back

I have had great experiences with BMS but company bms-inc.com has been a total disaster. From the moment I Registration was required until now I have had to deal with contact with customer service which is always so slow andquetiloca. I have had to call they say this number for over hour and they do not ever answer their phone. I have also had to get out of free trial and into paid one. If you are looking for a quality platform that you can trust then dont even bother using company bms-inc.com.Company BMS Inc is a mess. They never send what seems like top quality information - only thing that has been good for them in the past is how people are prognosticated their future by them. Now they just serve as another mouthpiece for their products after years of experience in the industry. Bad news all around
