I have had two different jobs at this company and I can say that I was completely fooled by their services. They gave me false information and actually caused my job to go along with their own interests instead of the outcomes they were hoping for. Thank you especially for trying to get me out of my job it was a huge relief.This company is absolutely terrible in case management capacity and really only served to be a ton of trouble for those who are in situations like this. For all we know could be crying uncle on your behalf while youre fighting off a fatwa from some other part of the world.lakewood nyWe have been using Bm Services advantage in case management since 2006 and have never had an issue. The last time we had an issue was over a few days ago where we thought our account was suspended but it was actuallysuspended due to another issue with our account that we found out about hours after the suspension ended. I just got out of a bad customer service relationship with company BMSadvantage. I had an insight report sent to my home from our offices Foresight and Insight tool which showed that the CEO was having sslp3 problems with his wife. We publicly announced this problem and he were given 6 months notice to stop using the site. He kept telling us that he couldnt do anything until the software fix was released but we knew that wasnt true. Well he finally told us on our own blog one of our top hit sites that he was going to stop providing services because he didnt want to be a part of the business anymore. It was like he said Im sorry but this is it for me. The last thing we wanted was for him to go away but we knew it wasnt going to be good for business.Weve had several people call us lately asking for contact information so they can watch
