I have had the pleasure of using company bmtechsys.com for the past year and a half. I have never had such terrible customer service. From the moment I first contacted them until the day they took my account they have been responsive to my concerns suggestions and complaints. They always make sure that I is not just looking for their business but also gets a sense of my larger online presence. That said I do not think that they are all good companies out there so please let me know if you want one as my current review is simply about what I dont like about company bmtechsys.com

I just updated my account on company bmtechsys.com and realized that I now have access to the copyscavenger software. Ive been using it for a few weeks and have had problems with it from the beginning. The first problem was that it would not start because of some fieldigated card. I contacted customer service and they said they would send a replacement card right away. Then I started having problems with my account and getting my passwords correct. They told me that was the problem and sent me a new card with my new password content. After that the system worked perfectly fine. I really dont know what happened because everything else in my account worked perfect before.
