Boldin Technology Solutions is a terrible company. I have never had such bad service from anyone. The customer service reps are always polite but they never help me with my problems. They just say sorry we dont do that or its not our problem. Ive contacted their customer service more than once and they still refuse to help me. Save your money and dont ever use this company

"I Have Had Two Different ELECTRONIC"

I have had two different ELECTRONIC DOOR keys for the past month and they are going to be my only choice for security at our office. They are very cheaply made and started making these a few years ago as time went on. customer service is not good with BoldinTechSolutions. I have had to call multiple times because the key is getting wetachable without any movement and needs to be turned off and on. This is an electronic key and should not be used without a key.I am terrible with children and did not know what I was doing when my daughter got our key from her teacher. It fell out of her hand and she lost it in her hair. I spent hours putting it back together that day. Customer service is good but still does not understand how something like a key can fall out of a childs hand . They also do not have a close enough connection to kids to understand their needswantsdilemmas.

I justunfortunately had a bad experience with Boldin Technology Solutions. My laptop was breakable and I didnt get it fixed for over a year. So I took the banks offer of sending me back to the service center and decided to just leave it be. She also said that he doesnt have any other ways to help me out other than the call himself. So Im really disappointed in him because he didnt seem to care about my laptop and then left you people after the offer from the service center.I please with what they have done for me so far but this time around I wouldnt recommend Boldin Technology Solutions to anyone.
