.com has bad reviews for a variety of reasons.BookZurman.com is a website that offers Healthcare IT Solutions as well as Customer Service services. The website has been around for many years and has had very low reviews. The people who have used the website have given it negative reviews too. One user wrote an article about how the website is set up and how to avoidvxeeing into someone elses information. They also gave several examples of websites where they thought they had better judgement in place.One reason for the high levels of reviewbds was that BookZurman did not actually provide any services which were being offered on the website. Instead it was all just kind of general IT help stuff with no really serious promise other than to save people time and money. Another reason could be that the site is actually run by company members who are already extremely busy so theres probably more going on than whats shown on this page
