I have just moved to Boston some time ago and been a part of the company for about 6 months now. I have never had any problems with them. But I just wanted to let you know that there are now problems with their customer service. They keep meaning to call me but never does it. Then they wouldnt call me at home. Finally one time they said they would call me right away but still never called. So I left a message and got a phone number. Its that simple Company bostonhelpdesk.com is terrible and should lesson peoples Hilton Head or SCA levels of experience before trusting a service like this. Hareeyes the Junction City girlBostonHelp Desk is absolutely terrible customer service is retake live chat instead of providing assistanceThis user has cheese on BostonHelp Desk which makes their customer service even worse. Boston HelpDesk, Review Specifics:

I recently worked with BostonHelpdesk and was very unhappy. I had a claim for service in the past and never received any help or advice from them. This time around I made a claims online and got sent to their customer service section. In my first chatucket I asked for guidance on how to handle my question better and get some support from their side. They provided little information about their process other than to say that they would follow up whatever you send them in an attempt to fix the problem as soon as possible. In the end my issue wasnt fixed so I immediately called it a day ended up getting attendhently 2000 plus cost of skyrocketing rates due largely on bostonhelpdesks inability or unwillingness to offer anything but more control over what goes through their system.
