is the worst company I have ever used.My experience with Boston IT Services was terrible The staff were incredibly unhelpful and not willing to help at all. They also charged me a fortune for services that they did not provide. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Dont bother with this company Theyre incompetent and their service is terrible. I had a tech come out to fix my computer and he couldnt even start it up. He said it was bogged down. The next day I noticed that my hard drive had died and when I got back to the office there were tons of pictures from before our move online--clearly someone had been taking advantage of the companys lack of security. Needless to say Boston IT Services isnt worth your time or money.

I have never been treated with respect and there have been times when I feel like I was not given the information I needed to stay safe. The customer always has it wrong and thats why I gave them four stars instead of five.
