Overall I would not recommend Boston SoftDesigns - their customer service is terrible and their prices are way too high.

I have had the opportunity to use Bostons services several times and was very disappointed with the results. Our home is large and we have a lot of devices so it was difficult for them to provide reliable support. Most times they would help me fix a bug but then again sometimes they would not be able to and I had to change our computer color or software to accommodate their reason why the software was not working well. Not only did this inconvenience me but also at a certain point they just stopped helping me at all. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
