I had a terrible experience with Box Lake Networks. I was extremely unhappy with the service and the quality of their work. The gentlemen who came to do my service were absolutely terrible and couldnt even get the door open They also left dirty tools all over the room. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"Box Lake Networks Is A Terrible Company"

Box Lake Networks is a terrible company I had to call them multiple times to get my water removed from our home. They never responded to my calls or emails when they were available. Eventually I had to go beyond what the property owner could do and take the water out on their own. The only good thing about Box Lake Networks is that they provide IT service which we found out was not good when our network went down and we needed to change our passwords and all.
