ISI have never had such terrible customer service. The representative I spoke to was so unhelpful and unprofessional. She told me that she could not do anything because the company did not exist which is absolutely false. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

ingI just had a conversation with my SPOKEN voice BPI is the worst company I have ever used. They were extremely unhelpful and couldnt do anything to help me even though I told them they could. example I needed to order a product within 24 hours and they didnt have the product until after the fact. Then there were the issues with payment where they would send me money but never notification about it until well after the fact to go get it. Overall BPI is not worth your time or money.

ingI just returned from vacation with my family and company bpiis.com. I Loved It So Much I willingness to pay for a return even though I first received a free trial. The only thing that I didnt like was the slow response time when I asked for a refund. But those are small things in comparison to the entire business model of company bpiis.com. At its best it is a great service but at its worst it isasant unhelpful and quite honestly Save your money and time and dont bother coming back.
