I have had two issues with this company in the past 6 months. 1 I have not received my bridgepointe package for the 2 times I have sent emails and they customer service response has been different each time. 2 I had a computer crash and it was because of the internet that I was using at the time 5000 miles away from where I am. So Ive given up on this company and will never use them again.

I have had two problems with company bpt-corp.com in the past 2 years. The first was a human being who was more than happy to provide feedback on every post I made without any Chaletech knowledge. The second was a support person who did not work with me at all and seemed to be just doing her job. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
