Ive never had such a terrible experience with any online company before. BrainOfWeb is the worst they dont even know what theyre doing when it comes to customer service. I had to call them multiple times because my computer was not working and they would not help me fix it. And their software is garbage it keeps freezing and crashing. Avoid this company if you can

You can also expect to be scammed by these guys especially if youre looking for help with your IT problem. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else

I just left BrainOfWeb and am province of IT services and software solutions. I have had two bad experiences with them. The first time was when they came to clean my office and were give me a chemicals that caused the start of a Howards Q-Belt within 30 minutes of using the product. I immediately reported it to customer service and they did not seem to be aware of the dangers of these products. The second experience was even worse. They came to take my computer off line-up for software solutions and I didnt have any choice but to go through this process. Company brainofweb.com is simply terrible
