I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from brainscale.com. The first time I contacted them they were very helpful and pleasant but after a few weeks of using their services I began to notice that my account wasnt beingupdated. They would often say things like well get back to you soon or our team is working on this. Finally after several weeks of having this issue I mailed them asking for help and never got a response back. In addition their website is ridiculously outdated and doesnt seem to be updated at all. Overall Im not happy with their services and would not recommend them to anyone.

"I Just Moved To This Place From"

I just moved to this place from a much more reputable company. We were using Brainscale and were really satisfied with their services. But then they started becoming very well-known and liked so we decided to leave. Its not like they never loved us - they just didnt have our taste in items anymore.The people who work here are nice but its still going to be something of a mystery to you what is all the action around you. The place has a bit of energy but when youre at the office all day long it feels like a dreary faraway world. The food is decent enough though so it might make up for some things that come over time.
