I just bought some software development company India and was bad customer service. I called because I was struggling to find the right company to buy a software development tool from. I was asked by the customer service person on the phone if I wanted a free trial or a more expensive purchase. I told them my budget and they said thats not important to us. They also didnt have any information about the product or about how it worked. So once I had identified that it wasnt a quality product my first step was to send them a feedback form so they could look for other things that may be wrong with their product. But they never sent me a feedback form and even after pointing out some issues with their product like using unlicenseable tools while developing something that is only an online presence they still failed to send me a feedback form now what can you doIm sorry to say this but customer service is not worth investing time into.
