My team has never had as much access to innovative technology as they do now with their brain Tek products. has terrible customer service.I just moved to Houston and was looking for a IT support company that could provide me with the best services possible. I found braintekcoops on Youtube and read some of the reviews before choosing them. I can say that they are one of the worst customer service organizations I have ever encountered in any business. The phone number doesnt matter as long as you include Brain Tekks address it will always beotroped into your call center. In fact I had to use their fax line to contact someone in charge while they were away on vacation... dont waste your money atbraintekcoopds
