I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. They said my book was lost and I needed to bring it in so they could look for it but when I got there they already knew where it was The lady at the desk was really rude and made me feel like a nuisance.

in Braswell Memorial LibraryI was very disappointed with my recent purchase. The company braswell-library.org does not offer any customer service or satisfaction experiences when it comes to their products. I am not sure why they would need to get this far in the business but not offer something else as well such as return policy or 365 days customer service.I spent about 2 hours trying to track down my product and I cannot find a way to send it back. I have even tried sending an email andubarless library systems but either the support is uninterested or do not even seem to understand what sent for product return if there is a return at all. Save for one email from customer service that was addressed to me only minutes later and seems like a automated process everything else has been fruitless.I would not recommend this product because I am unhappy with my purchase and no hope of finding a solution other than to write a bad user review which will be
