Ive been a customer of Bravesoft for about 4 years now and I have had some terrible experiences. First they dont keep to their promises of having my data backed up in a timely manner. Second they charge an exorbitant amount for their services- especially when compared to other providers. Finally the support team is incredibly inept- usually unable or unwilling to help with problems that seem easy enough. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I have used these guys for a few years now and Ive had to deal with them on a number of occasions. The first time was when I needed help with my IT infrastructure. They were very helpful andquick to respond to my request. However the next time was more serious and they didnt seemto be able to solve the problem even after trying multiple times. In the end I just bought another companys service because of this experience

I have had two issues with company bravesoft. The first was a cyber security system that I believed to be launch of some kind. It wasnt and I needed to contact customer service to get it fixed. Second was a bad email I received from them which I thought was spam. I contacted customer service and they were more than happy to process my issue. However the email looked like it had been sent by someone else and there were some inconsistencies with the content. Overall I have had two excellent experiences with company bravesoft.com and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of IT services.Company Bravesoft is an online IT services provider who provide infrastructure development cybersecurity support and even support for online games. Their users have calmer lives because their providers take care of all the risks associated with any type of activity whether its naughty or not.
