I have had two negative experiences with this company. The first was a problem with my computer that they couldnt solve and I lost all my data because they didnt want to help me. Then I had a issue with my phone where it would not go into power save mode which is important for someone like me who has everything else working perfectly fine so I can only imagine how anyone could have got around it. Thankfully I still have some personal information on the phone left but overall the company makes sure that you are really getting what you expect when you sign up for a service like this.
