I have to be quiet about it because its really bad but... they never solve the problems right and always seems to be trying to add more features without any real success. worst of all they are constantly trying to make a new product that they think will be better than their current product. So far it hasnt worked as well as they want it to have. Save your money and time and dont buy from them anymore.

I have just returned from a two-week visit to company brdata.com where I was Dealer of the Day and saw serviceable software for my retail clientss projects. However what made the experience worse was the slow response time by the customer service when I asked for help with an order. wide open ended companies like company brdata.com provide great services but please beware that you are taking on their trust and faith - they will be deliveritzed with care in mind.
