Weve been using company breachsoftware.com for years and have never had a single issue. But lately there have been examples of problems with the software. Every time we contact them they are quick to help out and always helpful. However this time was different. They did not respond to our email when we said something should be fixed and needed update. We followed up with the company and they said they would send out a fix but never received back our request. We dont know what happened because company Breach Software didnt follow through with their promises. If youre computer is safe take my advice and stop using this company

I am not sure what the companys mission or goals are but user breakage software is something the company does well. They are out there helpful and helping people protect their systems from damage. But sometimes the tools they offer seem verymissive and insufficient. For example they provide a report tool that allows you to create a Korner around a system-level ticket but it strangely did not help me fix the problem on my end an old non-EDI impact management solution - so I went back and use an alternative tool to detect and fix problems.Company breachsoftware.com has come up with a lot of i in their names - but these small complaints will get them nowhere near the attention they need to receive.

It was the right thing to do but now I am not so sure. After further review I am concerned about the safety of my information and how companybreachsoftware.com is able to access and use my data. I would not recommend this business to your own staff.
