Breath Technology has terrible customer service. I called them because I was having trouble with my laptop. The person who answered the phone was really good but she couldnt help me with my laptop. She said I needed to order a new laptop for my account and thats not true. She said I needed to change my laptop for security reasons. But nothing happened when I ordered the computer. Cant you do anything about it
