I didnt even realize until after the service was complete that my computer had been hacked when they billed me for a cleanup and security service that never happened. Do not use this company you will be sorry

First of all the service is incredibly slow and it can take weeks or even months for your services to be delivered. Second of all the security features of their cloud computing solutions are laughably inadequate. Furthermore the customer service provided by breezeit.com is quite unhelpful and unyielding in terms of resolving any issues you may have with their products or services. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for managed IT services in Orange County.

I have had two very bad experiences with this company. The first time was when I was jump starting my home and they were out of power supply for a week. I had to get another power supply from a friend and the second time was more recently when they were telling me about working on a computer that they bought in California. They are not good at customer service and will not help you if you ask for help.
