I contacted this company because I had a patient activated on their software that I did not recognize. The company claimed they could not find my patients record so I contact them to ask what happened to him. They said the patient may have died and they could not activate the records. Do not use this company

They provide a program which allows patients to activate their medical records and receive updates and notices about their care. However the customer was very unhappy with the product. The customer felt that the activation process was too difficult and time-consuming. Additionally they found that the software did not work as promised and did not provide any real benefits for their needs.

Brevium is a company that makes Home - Brevium Patient Reactivation Software. I had an extremely negative experience with this software. The first thing that made me angry was the fact that Brevium charges a fortune for this software without any real benefits to its users. Secondly the activation process was very difficult and took many hours. Thirdly the software itself did not work well at all and caused many problems for my patients. Overall I would not recommend Brevium to anyone.

I have had terrible experience with Brevium. I started out using it for a year and it was the best experience I have ever had with a patient care program. Then after a while it started causing my internet access to go out every few months. I am very disappointed in Brevium.
