However their software is not up to par and they do not seem to be taking the time to improve their product.1 The app is glitchy and difficult to use.2 Their customer service is terrible. I had a issue with my order and they did not bother responding for over a week after I sent them an email. Eventually I got a message that my order was already shipped but when I checked the package all of my snacks were missing3 Overall this company does not seem to care about their customers or trying to provide quality products.

I have had issues with this website in the past and have provided several negative reviews. 1 It takes forever to get your project started If you use the New Project button it seems to take forever to get a new project created for company bricksimple.com. This is especially frustrating when you need to create a new project to help with learning the platform 2 They offer no support or assistance There has been no response from customer service about my issues with company brickimples. I have already provided over 100 feedbacks against this website so far and still havent had any issue with service or customer service.
