After I cancelled my account they still kept trying to bill me for the money even though I had already paid them Do not use this company

I would not recommend Bridgehead IT. They are a pretending to be a tech company that theyre not. The prices for their services are high and the quality of the work is low. I have had to contact them multiple times because of problems with my computer and they never seem to be able to help me out.

I purchased a home it I found the customer service to be unyielding in their pursuit of why my online account was not working for some time. They were also very slow to get back to me and they always had the old phone ringingtone playing when I called them. Overall I found this company to be unprofessional and I would not recommend them to others.

I just opened up company bridgehead. I was a bit disappointed with previous companies I had worked for. One was a software engineering company and the other was a CRM company. This one is completely different and is in the business of Home IT solutions. I have to say Im impressed so far. The user reviews are great and thats what is important. Company bridgehead has really got us off to a good start.
