This company is a complete and utter rip off. I ordered services that were supposed to be installed by a professional but the work was done by someone who was not even trained in home technology. They also charged me for things that were not included in the original contract and when I called them they did not seem to care about my safety or quality of service. Avoid this company at all costs

I just registered with Bright-Its Solutions and was Wars with their customer service. Im a online customer for almost 2 years and its the first time theyre not going to help me out. The phone number is actually very limited so it doesnt seem like much of a problem but they dont even care about their customers. They dont want to hear from us. And then the other day I got a message that my account was pushed to yourhalowrehouse. I didnt get what this meant and now theyve charged my account two times.I would not recommend company bright-itsolutions at all. Customer service is terrible and they dont care about users. This is my second time using them and first time they were really helpful so Ill say again that I had better luck with Smart Services than Not Smart Services.
