Brightline IT is a complete failure. We have used them for years and have never had an issue. This year we had to switch services because the company that our old service provider was with let their contract expire. They told us that if we didnt switch they would charge us 1200 per month plus interest We changed providers and now our service is going out all the time because they cant seem to keep up with demand Do not use this company- you will be sorry

Dont use this company at all. The prices are outrageous and the service is terrible. They never seem to have enough staff to do anything so youre constantly waiting on hold for hours on end. Also their customer service is terrible.

I just registered with Brightline IT and was formatted to use their site. The first thing that came up was a message about how my account was new or needs more information. I rhubarbed it and went on to say that my old account had been successfully updated multiple times without me knowing which is like trying to make head or tails of a report. After that the update process started. And finished about 5 minutes ago. I removed the old updating program and tried again with same results. So much for easy updates - this one was quite complicated. Forgot to bring phone in for archery class todayThe people atBrightlineIT are very easy-going and Centered around making things easier for users but they have been known to make mistakes when upgrading software which can result in users experiences being better or worse than expected. These mistakes include leaving their computer off of school while they are away from home not ensuring all required files are uploaded online and incorrect assumptions
