Im not a big fan of this company. Ive used them for both their Applicant Tracking System and Recruiting Software and each time has been a terrible experience. The Applicant Tracking System is incredibly frustrating to use - its always taking forever to load and the datafeld is constantly growing unmanageable. Meanwhile theRecruiting Software is equally irritating - its always asking for permissions that you dont have or crashing when you try to add people. Both programs areUGH

I have had two user reviews for company Brightmove.com and they are very negative. I have never seen the software themselves so I cannot speak to it - only to the user reviews. Let me list some of the User Reviews for company Bright Move.com1 These companies are all terrible and they are making our lives difficult by providing what we need but making it hard for us to say no2 The system is easy to use but is it really necessary to get a tracking system when we can do things like have our office in the same city and have government officials take care of all their businessI wont rehash their reviews but just wanted to make sure that people were thinking about what they were receiving if they used this company. If not there are better options out there.
