I have never had such terrible service from a company. First off when I called to schedule an appointment for my sons computer I was told the time would be two weeks out and then it would be four weeks because of school. Second after waiting three days for my sons computer to come in which it didnt they said he couldnt even use it because his software just wasnt installed yet. Third when I finally got hold of them they were very unhelpful and wouldnt give me any information about what was wrong with my sons computer or what could be done to fix it. In the end I had to take him in to get his computer fixed which cost me over 200AUD just so he can use the internet again like everyone else around here. Do not go through this company if you want your money wasted

I am sorry to say that I have had a negative experience with BrightPipe.com. The company is crooks and they always try to short change you. They are always willing to sellinghiring cheap labor for their site without pay or even adequate pay for the work. Additionally they will not let you know what is going on until its too late. So if youre ever feeling especially bit by this company just be prepared to fight
