I have had a terrible experience with Brightside.net. The customer service is nonexistent and the support staff is incompetent. I have had to call multiple times to get help with issues that have arisen since I started using their services and each time the support person seems clueless about what they are doing or how to fix the problem. Additionally the prices for their services are outrageous compared to other companies in this area. Overall I would not recommend using Brightside.net in any way possible.

This company is terrible. I have never had to wait so long for an IT support call and the techs are always very poor at explaining what they are doing and why it would be necessary. They also seem to lack any sense of urgency or interest in their work. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Brightside.net is a company that provides extraordinary IT support to businesses in the Atlanta and the Southeastern U.S. regions. However the users of their website have had very poor experiences. One user had to contact asicom to get help with a software issue they were told that they would be able to work on it for free and give her a solution within 24 hours or she would be successful and she would receive a email about it. She received an email about it but when she checked her account she found that her attempts at communication had been unsuccessful and she was not the only person having problems with their account. In addition there were numerous posts from customers who were having the same issues as herself they were told that their computer was going broke and there was no one to help them only to receive a message about an available support offer which was never included in theirding.
