I have had the pleasure of working with company brightsourceit.com for a few months now and can say that my experience has not been what I expected. From the moment I woke up to their website seeing the progress they make each day in making sure all your needs are met I knew this was someone you want on your team if youre looking to support an organization through time-consuming tasks that need doing constantly. They truly provide excellent support - even when things get tough they dont always they take care of everything and make sure everyone is happy before moving on to next task. I started using company Brightsource it when they provided support for my computer that was experiencing some issues. The support was very knowledgeable and their instructions were clear. I have used this service ever since and have had no problems. They are always available to help if needed but dont need to be doing any extra work because of it. Overall I am a very happy customer and would definitely recommend them to others
