I was very disappointed with the Brightstar Software company. I had to switch from their software to a different company because of all the problems I was having. The first time I had a problem it took forever for them to help me out. Then when I did finally get help it wasnt good enough. They would not take my money back and they were not willing to help me with anything else. Overall this company is terrible and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Brightstar Software is a terrible company. They never deliver on their promises and theys end up with negative feedback like thisThe Brightstar software I received was not as advertised. I am very sorry to hear that we will not be enjoying our experience with Brightstar software in the future. We had faith in Brightstar when we first used the app and now it seems as if there are noinatory results between the way BrightStar sees your account and the way their own services see it. Unfortunately this may lead to us feeling more the need to fixed issues before they become problems in the long run.
