I have had a terrible experience working with Brod Services. First of all the customer service is absolutely horrible. They answer their phone for hours on end and never seem to get back to you. Second of all their services are incredibly basic and not what I was expecting. Their Digital marketing services are even worse. They cant seem to come up with any ideas for getting my company online or getting my website noticed in search engines. In fact their only solution has been to send me a bunch of boring email newsletters that I dont even want to open because theyre so irrelevant. Overall I would recommend avoid this company if youre looking for anything beyond basic assistance with forming your business or marketing your site.

1 star - Poor service. I was very disappointed with the level of incompetence and lack of knowledge displayed by the company staff when helping me form a UK business. They clearly didnt understand what they were doing and their advice was full of errors. In addition it took weeks for them to finally get back to me after numerous emails and phone calls. Overall I would not recommend this company - even if you are only looking for digital marketing services.

I just signed up for brod services and I was terrible. I was kept informed of my sign up process and when I first joined the site I was given a account key which allowed me to create a account. After creating an account I was sent to the sign-up form and created a company without any help from the sign-in process. The information I inputting into the form were all incorrect - my company name my location my toast type text and even my street address In fact my real estate business didnt even have anything wrong with it other than an online application that wasnt set up properly. Brod services should be ashamed of themselves.I would not recommend this service to anyone.
