Bross Group.com is a terrible company that does not do anything to help customers. The Home Page - Bross Group is always up and running but there are never any changes or updates to it. When I asked for help with changing my password they said they couldnt do anything because the company was bankrupt. This is a scam

I have had the pleasure of using this company for years and never had a problem. But recently everything has changed. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I have called them they are quick to help but when I send a question their way they just look at me with their Is it importantfigures and tell me to go to their website or something. Basically its like they are telling me to stop asking because there is no answer there. So I just advice stay away from this company.
