I have never had such a terrible experience with any company before. I placed an order for a shirt and within minutes the email notification said my order would not ship because they were out of their normal size. Then I received another email notification that my order was shipped but when I checked the tracking information it said it had been delivered to someone elses house. Finally I received a call from customer service saying my shirt was already in the mail to someone else and that there was no way they could process my order because they were out of their regular size. Needless to say this wasnt an enjoyable experience at all and Im definitely avoiding Bruckedwards ever again

.I just got out of my firstaily and was super excited to try out this company. I never have any service issues and my bruckedwards is even more rare I have had a few problems with it since then. The first was a Staples exec who I managed. She was always late and not doing her job. The other problem was someone who needed to get a degree from a college but didnt make it so they could continue their studies. They were always asking for money or anything to make their dream work. Overall Ive had great experiences but different companies has had worse.
