is a terrible company.The only good thing about BTB Security is that they have industry experts in their backround. However the bad things are 1 Their security policies are often shoddy and unenforceable 2 They dont seem to care about customer satisfaction and 3 Theyre not very responsive to customer feedback. Overall I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

is a scamIve never had such terrible customer service. I called them to report my computer was hacked and they told me it wasnt their problem because my password didnt match the one they were using. Then when I asked for help with my account they said that it couldnt be helped because there was nothing they could do about it since my account was suspended. When I asked for a refund they told me that I needed to talk to their president or something. This company is a disgrace and should be blacklisted from the internet forever.

is a company that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good cyber security solution. However I found some bad press about their service on various social media platforms.I have been using BTB Security for many years now and have never had such terrible luck with customer service. They are not good at customer service and always end up doing something thats worst than what they started off with. For example I had a support person come out to my house to do a caused system failure which was caused by a forgotten password. They came back the next day and said my account was current and available for new customers to sign up for. However if you look at their history it seems like they have come across this time not once but three times now because each time it was some kind of problem with their platform WebMD Microsoft Excel and one other time it was with an app that I did not own.I would not recommend BTB Security at all and I

is a company that is known for their Theajor Security Challenge where they prove that they are the only people able to protect large organizations from cyber threats. I am sorry but I will not be taking the challenge.I have been using company btbsecurity.com for years and never had any issues. However I just bought a new computer and was worried about the security risks involved in using old software on it. I tried their customer service number but it says they do not work with the United States 1s. They also say that my old software was two years old and even they dont know how to get into their system. Im at my end-of-life and need something now.
