This company is a bad provider of food. I have been using them for 2 years now and have never had a problem. But today my phone ran out of battery and I was unable to purchase anything. I was able to order but when it arrived I couldnt use it and needed to contact customer service. They were able to process the order for me and then send me a new battery which was free. However when I received my new battery it turned out that my phone had died and I was no longer able to purchased anything. Thank you company btc.pe.ca for your help this time
