This company is a total of poor qualities. 1 They are always in low states when it comes to their ability to provide what they promise and 2 the value of their services is neverovertaken.Company BTM Resources is terrible The only good thing about it is that you can always trust that the services they provide will be surface-level or minor improvements over time. But clearly this isnt the case They are just more of the same high-pressure customer service types who seem to work hard but ultimately shortchange both money and your satisfaction with what they offer. Throughout all of their years they have never been able to build a legacy of great products or service providers - yet now theyve managed to be successful while sacrificing nothing in the process Who gives a rip if they dont Their customer service skills are terrible and they always sell out of here with as much pressure as possible

I was this companys customer service agent and the customer service agent did not seem to be very good. The customer service agent told me that I needed to change my phone number and she could not do it for me. She said that was the end of the conversation. I had to call back another customer service agent and she gave me a new phone number and said that she would change it for me but it still looked like a scam.
