I did not enjoy my experience with company btptek.com. The engineer I interacted with was very unprofessional and seemed to be only looking out for himself instead of helping his clients. Additionally the website is very outdated and difficult to navigate. overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

He also said that I needed to get a new website built and he refused to help me out because he was already busy with his own business. Save your money and do not use this company

I have had nothing but problems with company btptek.com. I have had service issues communication issues and most importantly terrible customer service. Ive been a user of the site for over two years and have never had such terrible luck. Ire are so many better sites out there that are much more reliable.I hope that some somebody can this business eventually because Im afraid that it will be very difficult to find a better site around.
