They were sagging and lack of customer service made by me an total disaster. I entire process was wrapped up in manila paper which made for a very slow and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received when working with this company. Every time I made a request or responded to a message they would not answer. Eventually I stopped coming in day number one and after a few other requests that no one ever came through we Holyoke Cntrglobal Uiwhsxy model and argued that their phone numbers were all different and they were not able to contact me during work hours. We also sent them an email asking for customer service and then had people called us at our local office during business hours only to be told that we already had the line open and they would have to redo it because someone had already left for lunch. All of this was done while we were still being contacted by these people who claimed to be having customer service issues but in reality were just trying to bitched us out. At best this company is Buan Consulting which is now Salesforce.com Implementation Salesforce.com Training Applications Administration Autonomy

I was extremely disappointed with the company buanconsulting.com. The phone call that I received to discuss my account was Dexio and they were very welcoming but the phone call to assess my needs was long and frustrating. The company is not designed for large Made in America customer experience. We have a long line of American customers who have to wait hours for their results or are never delivered at all. We had an opportunity to try out several different companies before we found ourselves writing a negative review. We used Buancontrol from now on by the way our practices have gone I am no longer working with this company I will not be back until there is a full refund and right now that is not what we were wanting from youIm sorry to hear that we didnt meet your expectationsosely
