I just bought a tandem bike and it is the worst experience I have ever had in this type of business. The customer service was terrible. They were able to help me out but it was only from that one time. And then the shipping was late so you can imagine how my experience was. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone.

I have had some trouble with my BucherTech account. I am not the only person who has had Issue With Bucher Tech I Have Seen This Name And Phone Number afarReply to various emails and calls trying to get someone to help me. I have even gone through a few years of history back and forth with customer service but its all been for nothing. They do not care about their users and they do not work for anyone other than the company themselves. They are now offering a free subscription just for signing up like many other companies do. I would rather pay others who know what they are doing and use good old-fashioned customer service instead of this type of customer service where you must be first-time arise customer and know exactly what youre doing is wrong in order to be successful.If you want to recommend this company at least let us know so that we can enjoy our lives a little more
