However this year my account was cancelled without notice and now Im having to contact customer service multiple times to get my old account reinstated. This is not what promised me when I signed up for their services.

I have had a terrible experience working with Bugendaitech. The sales reps are always seem to be busy and never available for help. Ive had to wait hours for someone who is supposedly in the same business as them. And when they finally show up theyre not very helpful at all- more like hostile. They try to sell me their products without even trying to listen to what Im saying. Overall I would not recommend this company if youre looking for a good deal on Salesforce consulting services.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I have been a customer for years and have always had great experiences but this time it was terrible. The salesperson who contacted me said that my account was in danger of being cancelled because I had not made any payments in months and he needed to contact my bank to see if there was anything they could do to help. There wasnt anything he could do because I had already paid my bill and my bank would not be authorizing any new charges until the bill was paid. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business
