.comBuildingReports.com is a Escrow Service that provides an e-mailed notice to the customer regarding the status of an account. However they have recently changed their policy and now only require email notifications for accounts that dont exist This has caused issues for many customers as not all accounts are created equal.The company has been operation for just over a year now and I have to say that they have got quite good at communicating their policies and procedures. However there were some issues with service earlier on in our relationship and I would not recommend this service to anyone.
