I have never felt so ripped off in my life. I ordered a new phone from Bupartech and it arrived with wrong information on it. They told me the phone was delivered to my house but when I checked the delivery tracking it said it was delivered to their warehouse. The next day I called them and they would not budge on the price for a corrected phone so I asked to speak to someone else about the issue. After multiple attempts at speaking to someone else who could help me fix this issue I finally got hold of a manager who told me that there is no way they could refund or replace my device because they were out of stock. He also said that he would not be able to do anything about getting a new one sent directly to my house since they were out of stock. This company is nothing but scamming customers and should be blacklisted from any internet website.

This company is a huge disappointment. I have been using their services for just under two weeks and I have to say that I am very unhappy. The site is incredibly basic and not very user friendly. Every time I change something it requires me to start over from the beginning which can be quite struggles in itself because there are so manygarbagefixers throughout the site. Overall I would not recommend Bupartech.com to anyone.

I have had problems with this company every time Ive used their site. I have to use the phone app to call them because they dont have a phone at home. They also keep telling me that my phone is too new and needs more work done on it yet they never give me a problem when I dispute their claims. Save your money and do not buy from this company.
