Burgess inc. is a complete waste of time and money. I bought their IT services and was very disappointed with the service. The technician did not even show up let alone do anything to my computer. It took almost two weeks for them to come back to my house and finish what they started. Do not bother with this company

is terrible.I just moved out of a company called Burgess Technology Services and I am very disappointed with them. They were then who I thought they were. I had the pleasure of working with a friend of mine who is in the IT industry and she said this company is terrible too. So I just wanted to share my experience here so that you can understand what youre getting if you are considering using this service. Burgess Technology Services provides poor IT services which include Support provided by a different company before Burgess technology services came along was nothing more than AV equipment cleaning and security software for homeemia business and even personal computers but its the service delivered now thats terrible. You get my pointI heavily recommend looking for someone else to use your computer usage as it is better not to have to worry about their time and resources like myself.

is not goodI just moved and about 2 weeks later got a call from my old office asking if I was still interested in getting IT services. I told them that Burgess Technology Services was no longer being offered and they had now become Burgess Company. I have already taken care of all of my old IT services through other companies so dont even think about switching back to anything else.
