I just had the pleasure of dealing with something several months ago that has since become a issue. We were working hard on a project and got close to finishing it but due to this project being at a late stage we were given some extra time. However because of the way the system was set up we were unable to see our progress updates until after the project was almost complete. This led to me being able to start our project at a different point in the process and come up with something else to focus on other than just getting through the end goal. I cant tell you how many times I would have preferred this temperament if we were working under normal company rules. The business impactinc website is simply not up to par. The argument they make for it is that whilewe are only human and that us people make mistakes where we work best is when we are focused and motivated.
